Dennis Payne

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota in1950; Education: B.S.- Univ of Minnesota; D.D.S. - Univ of Minnesota; Orthodontics - UCSanFrancisco; Military background: Marine Corps followed by Air Force where I met and married to my wonderful wife, Peggy in 1977; Practiced orthodontics in Merced, CA for 31 years; Moved here from Merced, CA in 2012;  Lutheran all my life; Member at LCOS since 2012; In His service as an elder since 2014.
